Attributes

The manufacturing process of the Wiring Harness roughly includes installing the housing, putting on and heating the heat-shrinkable sleeve, crimping the terminal and sorting the wire. The housing at one end of the wiring loom is manufactured by its original factory, which we purchased from overseas, ensuring the quality of the Cable Harness. After the mass production is completed, our workers will conduct electrical testing on each wire harness to ensure their complete functions.

Reliable Custom Harness Solutions for Headlamps, Tail Lamps & LED Modules

Modern automotive lighting systems—whether halogen, LED, matrix beams, DRL, fog lamps or rear combination lamps—require stable electrical transmission and strong environmental resistance.
Uniwell specializes in automotive lighting wiring harnesses engineered for durability, precision, and compliance with automotive-grade performance requirements.

Our harnesses support passenger cars, commercial vehicles, new-energy vehicles, LSVs, utility vehicles, off-road models, and special-purpose vehicles.

Why Choose Uniwell for Automotive Lighting Wiring Harnesses?

Designed for Automotive-Grade Performance

Lighting harnesses operate in exposed areas with severe conditions such as vibration, heat, cold, moisture, dust, road salt, and chemicals.
We select materials that meet these real-world requirements:

  • High-temperature insulation for engine-side lighting

  • UV-resistant and weatherproof jacketing

  • Abrasion-resistant tubing for fender and bumper routing

  • Waterproof connectors for exterior applications

  • Anti-corrosion terminals for road-salt environments

Available material options include PVC, TPE/TPR, XLPE, EPDM, PE/HDPE, FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PU, and automotive-grade low-smoke compounds.

Full Customization for Any Lighting System

We provide end-to-end custom solutions covering:

  • Headlamp wiring harness

  • Fog lamp harness

  • DRL & turn signal harness

  • Tail lamp harness

  • Brake & reverse light harness

  • LED module wiring

  • Lighting controller & power supply harness

  • Interior ambient lighting harness

  • Multi-branch harness for complex lighting designs

You can provide drawings or samples, and we will:
materials analysis → design optimization → prototyping → testing → mass production.

Engineering-Driven Harness Development

Uniwell supports your lighting projects with engineering optimization in all stages:

● Predictive Design Review

Identify potential failure points such as bending stress, connector exposure, unprotected routing, or thermal risks.

● Prototype & Validation Support

2D/3D CAD cooperation, rapid sample build, and early feedback loops for faster design iterations.

● Component Selection Guidance

Connector, terminal, insulation, protection tubing, and seal selection based on heat zones, mounting locations, voltage/current, and vibration.

● Complete Documentation

Including wiring diagrams, termination guides, labels, routing maps—ensuring fast installation and accurate assembly at the OEM production line.

Strict Quality Engineering for Lighting Reliability

Our quality program follows automotive-grade reliability expectations:

  • Continuity and dielectric strength test

  • Pull force & crimp inspection

  • Vibration & thermal cycling simulation

  • Waterproof testing (IP ratings per requirement)

  • Visual & structural inspection

  • Batch-level traceability from raw materials to finished goods

Testing conditions are based on real automotive use cases—not unrealistic laboratory extremes—ensuring accurate performance in headlights, taillights, bumpers, engine compartments, and exterior zones.

Applications Across the Automotive Lighting System

Our harnesses are widely used in:

  • LED headlights / Matrix LED modules

  • Halogen & xenon headlamp assemblies

  • DRL & turn signal systems

  • Fog lamps

  • Rear combination lamps (STOP / TURN / TAIL / REVERSE)

  • ACC radars and sensors integrated with headlamps

  • Interior ambient lighting systems

  • EV/HEV front-end lighting modules

Supports passenger cars, trucks, buses, NEVs, UTVs/ATVs, LSVs, utility vehicles, and construction vehicles.
