The on-board air conditioner is an air conditioning system composed of compressor, condenser, throttling element, evaporator, fan and necessary control components, which is used to regulate the temperature and humidity in the vehicle and provide a comfortable environment for passengers.
When the compressor is working, the compressor sucks in the low temperature and low pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator. After compression, the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant increase and the refrigerant is sent to the condenser. In the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant transfers the heat to the outside air passing through the condenser and becomes liquid. When the liquid refrigerant flows through the throttling device, its temperature and pressure decrease and enter the evaporator. In the evaporator, the low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the air in the vehicle passing through the evaporator and evaporates into a gas. The gas is sucked into the compressor for the next cycle. In this way, through the circulation of refrigerant in the system, the heat of the air inside the vehicle is continuously absorbed and discharged into the air outside the vehicle, so that the temperature of the air inside the vehicle gradually decreases.
